CHALLENGE: Your website designer hasn’t returned your calls or emails. You like your site and just need help keeping your web pages up to date.
SOLUTION 1: I will analyze your site and make your time sensitive updates, as needed.
CASE STUDY: An artist's original website designer was no longer available and the site owner was unable to do needed updates. I began managing the site in order to help with updates. I added search engine optimization enhancements to raise site visibility in search results. We also added Google Analytics in order to track site usage. We’ve recently begun a functional redesign of the site’s pages to be more user-friendly and will continue these as budget permits.
SOLUTION 2: I will analyze your site and train you on the use of HTML and other web applications so that you can manage your own basic web page updates.
CASE STUDY: An art photography consultant lost her original designer and wanted to learn how to manage her site using Dreamweaver. We worked side by side to understand the site structure and workings. The client learned basic HTML and CSS. She also learned how to manage the Flash components that had been incorporated with the website. We added a PayPal shopping cart for book sales as well as Google Analytics. I added search engine optimization to raise site visibility. She is able to do much her own site management and still calls on me for certain needs. |
